Every logo commission is individual and subject to a professional approach individually tailored to each client, whether if it is an underground band, a personal commission or a larger company.
Prices will vary depending on the necessity of the project and the number of sketches.

Terms of Service
In these conditions “the client” means the person, firm or company who commissions the services of Christophe Szpajdel, "Lord of Logos" later mentioned as "the artist".
By commissioning the artist to undertake work “the project” on their behalf, the client agrees that these Terms and Conditions of Trading define the working relationship. All projects, services or goods that the artist may be contracted to produce or provide for the Customer will be subject to the following:
Deposit
Work will begin upon the payment of a deposit, payable by PAYPAL, according to the pricing agreed upon discussion.
For details please refer to the pricing section. Please understand that the deposit is not refundable in any circumstances.
General
The client will agree on a price, make the deposit and discuss the details of the project with the artist, which will create a number of sketches (depending how quickly we can get on the same page) from which the client will choose the ones of his liking.
The artist will be working on those designs while keeping close communication with the client in order to meet his exact expectation and make the project unique and of the highest quality.
Additional services
In the case that the client requires from the artist to invest extra time and effort in a project, for further adjustments and changes or variants in a logo, an adjustment fee will be discussed, as per requested by the client.
There is no downgrade in pricing possible once the project is started.
Cancellation/refund
Cancellation of orders may not be made once the creative process has begun, that includes the primary sketches and the development of the project. Under no circumstance should deposits be refundable, no exception.
The client will then be charged for all work completed over and above the non-refundable deposit that will have been made at the time of first ordering.
Copyright
The client receives automatically the right to use the logo the way of his choice once the payment for the project is fully completed.
In order to show and expose his work, the artist reserves himself the right to showcase the logo and its variants in his exhibitions, website, and publications such as books, magazines and social media accounts.
If needed, the client can purchase the entire exclusive rights, preventing from the artist to showcase the logo whatsoever for a licensing fee of 1,000USD.
